Call to order
Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm via Zoom.
In attendance: Chair, John LeGloahec, Supervisors Robin Kaye and Joseph Pruden.
Staff: Town Clerk - TC Hegeman.
Motion to Approve Minutes with Adjustment: J. Pruden, seconded by R. Kaye
(the previous minutes stated that Administrator Galloway only swore in J. Pruden and R. Kaye, he swore in all three election supervisors.)
J. LeGloahec recapped the Non-Citizen Public Hearing and what the next steps are moving forward. He also discussed the proposed Charter Amendments.
J. Pruden discussed raising the number of supervisors from three to five, Saturday voting and absentee voting via mail in or drop off and possibly combining them.
R. Kaye expressed her desire that they be prepared with information to share for the Community Forum.
J. LeGloahec wanted to have something to present to Mayor and Council at the September Worksession.
