Minutes
March 3, 2022
Meeting called to order at 7:02 pm via Zoom.
In attendance: Chair, Robin Kaye, Supervisors, David Thorpe,
Staff: Assistant to Town Administrator - Priscilla Matthews, Acting Town Clerk - Tonya Jones

Approval of amended minutes of February 17, 2022: J. Pruden, seconded by D. Thorpe. All in favor.
Report of BOEs activities at recent administrative meeting:
J. Pruden- reviewed what was assigned to each member. Mr. Pruden was unable to contact town hall to schedule swearing in of the 3 judges. Waiting on paperwork for outdoor ballot box and will update the town administrator once received. Meeting only lasted about 30 minutes.
D. Thorpe- Worked with software to scan barcode/QR codes. Will work on software to be able to read QR codes from a laptop camera. Working on a spreadsheet.
K. Carnes- Made calls to other municipalities regarding their election vendors. Most worked with ElecTec with mixed reviews.
R. Kaye- Spoke with town clerk and got information for Election Connection for electronic voting.
Action Items:
R. Kaye suggests going thru the agenda and then go into closed session to review first mail in ballot request form received.
J. Pruden & R. Kaye went through the streets by ward again and believe that project is now complete and posted on the town’s website.
J. Pruden is working on getting the outdoor mail in ballot box. Confirmed with the state that the cost to rent the box is $400 plus transportation for 30 days.
