A.Minutes (October 14 – Town Meeting, October 28 – Worksession, October 29 – Public Hearing

5.   Resident Input - Public comment period. All comments are limited to 3 minutes. Residents are asked to please state name and ward.
 
6.   Committee Reports

7.   Cheverly Native Plant Project – Diane Beedle will discuss and detail the grant request.
 
8.   Final Reader and Public Hearing – this will be the final reader and public hearing for the Ward Boundaries Charter Amendment.
 
9.   Police Complaints Board – Ganesha Martin will provide an update to mayor and council on the police complaints board.
 
10.  Audit Update – Town Accountant, Mike Lightfield will provide an audit update and answer questions.
 
11.  Town Administrator Report – Administrator Galloway will provide a report to the Mayor and Council regarding the status of Town operations as well as a summary of actions taken under the  COVID-19 state of emergency.
 
12.  Police Report – Interim Chief Miller will give monthly report.
 
13.  Public Works Report – Director Brayman will give monthly report.
 
14.  Review of December Worksession Agenda and Future Requests – The Mayor and Town Administrator will offer a forecast of the December Worksession agenda.
 
15.  Mayor and Council Announcements – Opportunity for Council to share community happenings and events. The mayor will afford each elected official up to five minutes to speak. Unused time may not be transferred, and formal council business will not be conducted.
 
16.  Adjourn
