  1. Board of Elections Update - The Board of Elections will give an overview of the upcoming May 3, 2021 election.
  1. Grant Approval – Mayor and Council will vote on approving the CERT and Cheverly Woman’s Club grant request.*
  1. Kilmer Park Final Concept – Mayor and Council will vote on the adoption of the Final Concept Park Plan for 6301Kilmer St.*
  1. Pepco Update – Representatives from Pepco will provide a briefing for Mayor and Council on the upcoming reliability work in the town limits.
  1. Letter to WMATA regarding 2022 Budget – Mayor and Council will consider whether to send a letter addressing the Cheverly-specific WMATA 2022 budget proposals and potential impact on Cheverly Metro Station and WMATA Bus service in Cheverly.*
  1. Town Administrator Report – Administrator Galloway will provide a report to the Mayor and Council regarding the status of Town operations as well as a summary of actions taken under the COVID-19 state of emergency.
  1. Police Report - Chief Towers will give monthly report.

  1. Public Works Report – Director Brayman will give monthly report.

  2. Cheverly Town Park Bid Approval - Director Brayman will discuss the Bid approval process and make a bid recommendation for adoption by Mayor and Council*

  1. Update on development of former Craftsman Printing Press site – Town Administrator Galloway, Mayor Riazi, and CM Watson will brief Council and community on the progress of the Atapco development plans for the former Craftsman Printing Press site.
  1. Atapco request for variance from Cheverly Industrial Park Covenants – Town Administrator Galloway will bring forward a request by Atapco to approve a variance to the existing Cheverly Industrial Park Covenants for discussion and consideration by Mayor and Council. The request would permit un-roofed loading docks, reduced landscaping setbacks, adoption of COMAR standards for noise, and support outdoor storage per mutually agreed upon conditions governing the amount and type of materials, duration of storage, and screening from view of residential neighbors.*
  1. Review of March Worksession agenda and future requests - Mayor and Town Administrator will offer a forecast of the March Mayor and Council Worksession agenda. Mayor will seek Council input on agenda items for consideration for future Worksessions, recognizing budget season priorities.
