  1. Call to Order

  2. Pledge of Allegiance

  3. Swearing-in of Mayor – Acting Mayor Kayce Munyeneh will be sworn-in as Mayor.

  4. Appointment of Vice Mayor – Mayor and Council will appoint a Vice-Mayor.

  5. Ward One Traffic Studies – Jack Goode, AMT Traffic Engineer, will present his traffic study of Tremont Avenue for discussion. The report is attached. (20 mins)

  6. Mosquito Dept of Agriculture – A representative from the Maryland Department of Agriculture will be attending the meeting to discuss the State's mosquito spraying program and the Town's participation in this program. (20 mins)

  7. Atapco Easement Presentation –Town Administrator Galloway will bring forward a request by Atapco to approve a resolution concerning the craftsman property. (15 mins)

  8. Fence Variance – Mayor and Council will discuss potential policy and pending request for fence variances. (10 mins)

  9. Maryland Municipal League – Mayor and Council will discuss priorities for the MML conference. (10 mins)

  10. Leadership Retreat – Mayor and Council will discuss dates for leadership retreat. (10 mins)

  11. Town Administrator Report – Town Administrator will provide a report to the Mayor and Council regarding Town operations and a summary of actions taken under the COVID-19 state of emergency. (15 mins)

  12. Review of July Town Meeting agenda and future requests – Mayor and Town Administrator will offer a forecast of the July 8 Town Meeting agenda. Mayor will seek Council input on agenda items for consideration for future meetings.

  13. Adjourn
