3. Town Administrator Report – Administrator Galloway will provide a report to the Mayor and Council regarding the status of Town operations as well as a summary of actions taken under the  COVID-19 state of emergency. 

 

4. Police Update – Interim Chief Miller will entertain questions as it relates to the Cheverly Police Department.  

 

5. Traffic Calming Device Conversation – Mayor Munyeneh will lead the traffic calming device discussion with Council.  

 

6. Carlyle Street Traffic Calming Presentation - Traffic Engineer Goode will present recommendations based on the traffic study conducted on Carlyle Street. 

 

7. Strategic Planning Update – Ms. Blount will provide a Strategic Planning Timeline and update. 

 

8. Financial Update – Town Accountant Lightfield will give a financial report. 

 

9. ARPA Funds – Town Administrator Galloway and Town Accountant Lightfield will present the ARPA budget.  

 

10. Hospital Area Redevelopment Update – Mayor Munyeneh will give an update on the hospital area redevelopment Mayor’s Hours discussion. 

 

11.Town Seal – Sophie Morley with the Neighborhood Design Center will provide an Town Seal update. 

 

12. Review of February Town Meeting agenda and future requests – The Mayor and the Town Administrator will offer a forecast of the February 10 Town Meeting agenda. Mayor Munyeneh will seek Council input on agenda items for consideration for future meetings.
