Audit Presentation – Diane Mock of Bridget Mock and associates will give a 30-minute Audit presentation and answer questions regarding the FY 2020 budget.

Quarterly Budget Update – Administrator Galloway and Town Treasurer, Melanie Friesen will discuss the third quarter budget.

Draft Budget Calendar – Administrator Galloway will present a budget season timeline/calendar to Mayor and Council.

Financial Disclosure – Administrator Galloway will discuss submission of financial disclosures, and why they are mandated as stated in section 3-9 and 3-10 of the town code.

Grant Request – Administrator Galloway will present a grant request from The Cheverly Community Forum for Accountability and Action.

Town Seal – Mayor Riazi will lead discussion on a design process that solicits ideas from across community, incorporates youth’s talents, and deliver a locally-sourced professionally executed product.

Grass Policy – Code Compliance Officer O’Berry will discuss the grass policy process for the town.

Policy Update – Administrator Galloway will update and make recommendations to Mayor and Council on policies.

COVID-19 Update - Town Administrator Galloway - will provide a report to the Mayor and Council of actions taken under the COVID-19 state of emergency.

Review of February Town Meeting agenda and future requests - Mayor and Town Administrator will offer a forecast of the February Mayor and Council Town Meeting agenda. Mayor will seek Council input on agenda items for consideration for future Worksessions.
