          Pursuant to § C–13(a)(1) of the Town Charter, the Mayor and Council of the Town of Cheverly will convene a regular work session at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 26, 2019, at Cheverly Town Hall, 6401 Forest Road, Cheverly, Maryland 20785.

 

          Pursuant to Maryland Code, § 3–101 et seq. of the General Provisions Article, and as indicated in the order of the agenda items, the Mayor and Council will close the meeting pursuant to § 3–305(b)(1).  The specific reason for the closed session is for the Mayor and Council to discuss a personnel matter and ensure the confidentiality of the same. 

 

The Mayor and Council will return to open session only to adjourn the worksession.
