PG Atlas is an online Geographic Information System (GIS) resource developed and maintained by the MarylandNational Capital Park and Planning Commission (MNCPPC). PG Atlas lets you view data and create and save maps of properties with the data layers that you select. On PG Atlas you can look up key information about any property in the County.

The Development Activity Monitoring System allows you to check the status of development in the County. It contains applications accepted by the Development Review Division from January 1, 2000 to present and may include some older cases. The source documents are public records and are available in the Prince George's County Planning Department during normal business hours.
Residents can register to become a Person of Record on a specific case and/or to receive information on all new development applications filed with the Planning Department within one or two County Council Districts . Please note: Cheverly is located in County Council District 5.
