    1. Development Notifications
      1. After Aimee’s Planning Board nomination is approved by Council, she will help track development
    2. Master Plan of Transportation
      1. Planning Board priorities include Implementing Bike Facilities to the Anacostia/Metro Station, Enhancing Columbia Park Bridge, Managing Industrial Traffic, and Improving Pedestrian Infrastructure. The PB would also like to make sure that recommendations in the Sector Plan are being incorporated into the MPOT.
      2. Action: Joyce will reach out to Crystal Hancock with M-NCPPC to relay the feedback that the Planning Board gave to M-NCPPC earlier in the year during office hours (Crystal is the new MPOT project manager). Joyce will also ask for a status update on the planning process.
    3. Hospital Hill Redevelopment Engagement
      1. There’s an opportunity for the Planning Board to work with the developer team to envision types of connections/character by street with pros/cons. The Planning Board recommends leaning on the developer team to provide examples of neighborhood connections, slow streets, and innovation, and lead stakeholder engagement visioning.  
      2. Action: The Planning Board will draft initial recommendations for Town to send to development team.
    4. 1201 Claybrick Road Planning Process
      1. The Town is coordinating with MDE and the District.
    5. WMATA 10-Year Strategic Plan for Joint Development Engagement
      1. Action: Joyce will reach out to WMATA to present their strategic plan at an upcoming meeting.
