  3. General Updates
    1. Development Notifications
      1. Nate Forman and Mr. Nabely gave a presentation regarding their application for 5801 Arbor Street.
      2. M-NCPPC and Prince George’s County Planning Board are reviewing the application to update the use table to maintain existing industrial uses at the site (warehouse, distribution) which are not allowed under the current mixed-use zoning designation.
      3. The Planning Board will formally weigh in on December 8, and District Council will give final approval.
      4. In general the Cheverly Planning Board supports projects that are consistent with the Sector Plan and mixed-use zoning designation.
    2. Master Plan of Transportation (MPOT)
      1. SHA is initiating the Trail Connections Feasibility Study, which Joyce shared with M-NCPPC for consideration in their MPOT.
    3. Hospital Hill Redevelopment Engagement
      1. No update
    4. 1201 Claybrick Road Planning Process
      1. No update
    5. WMATA 10-Year Strategic Plan for Joint Development Engagement
      1. Will discuss at December Meeting
