- Approved June meeting minutes
- Approved July meeting minutes, with following revisions:
- Added reference that it was a joint Green Infrastructure Committee meeting
- Removed duplicative bullet on collector road right of way
- Enterprise Zone Amendment
- Mayor/Council approved resolution to approve map that doesn’t include Craftsman
- Potential to amend map later to include Craftsman
- Councilmember Ivey is planning on meeting with property owner to discuss plans to sell/redevelop as distribution center
- Hospital Center Site RFP
- Redevelopment Authority gave overview of concept design procurement (civil, transportation, design, cost). Plan to procure design team in September and engage Cheverly in October.
- Authority is requesting concept that conforms with Sector Plan, and goal is to advance signature project with best practices in sustainability
- Authority plans on hosting focus group meetings with adjacent property owners, particularly when considering connections from Lockwood/Inwood
- Authority is looking for demolition strategy/cost of hospital
- Developer RFP will be procured separately
- Planning Board (Margaret) will check in with Redevelopment Authority in September

- Recommendation letter was submitted and approved by County
- Notifications
- Reminder to Planning Board members to sign up for County notifications
- Recent announcement regarding Quincy Manor (developer is withdrawing previous plans)
- Other business
- Margaret to invite Councilmember Ivey to upcoming Planning Board Meeting to discuss upcoming projects (e.g. Hospital Center Site)
- Margaret to schedule joint meeting with Green Infrastructure Committee to coordinate proposed public works building
- Planning Board to host community meeting to explain development process, and ways for residents to be engaged (Joyce will reach out to M-NCPPC about presenting)
- Discussed opportunities to diversify Planning Board through new members/participants, so that the board is more representative of town demographics
