  1. Discussion items from March meeting:
  • Columbia Park Bridge—the PB would like to understand how transportation master plan will impact changes to bridge; can we use the transportation master plan to effect positive change to the bridge.  This item can be added to a list of ongoing issues the PB can address as time permits.
  • Cheverly walkshed: Margaret will ask Joyce to share this with the PB and will send to Eric to include with the Town Council’s input to the county on the proposed zoning changes.
  • Thematic work sessions: At the next meeting, the PB will discuss priority issues, such as recommendations regarding the Cheverly Sector Plan, Columbia Park Bridge, Craftsman building, etc. The PB will request to be included in 2-3 Council work session agendas over the course of the year to discuss priority action items. Eric noted that items may be able to be added to the Council’s strategic plan.
4. Other:
Annexation of property adjacent to (and possibly including) Addison Row. This item will be added to next month’s agenda.  Eric will check whether the town atty/town administrator can provide information on state and county laws on annexation.
