  1. Welcome
  2. Review and Approve March 2021 Minutes (approved)
  3. Reserved Open Space Request
    1. Memo was sent to Mayor and Council- Joyce will follow up if it has been sent to the County
  4. Trail Implementation Focus Group
    1. Not discussed. Will review next month.
  5. Hospital Site Redevelopment Questions
    1. Margaret attended the Ward 1/Ward 2 meeting
    2. Concerns raised by residents on Lockwood and surrounding streets
    3. Questions about storm water management and green space
    4. Street connections and shuttle or vehicular connectivity would be a good topic to review design implications as a Planning Board.
  6. Annexation Map Snapshot
    1. Planning board conversation requested by M&C.  Joyce will ask for clarification on what it is they are looking for from the Planning Board. Hospital Hill may be more of a priority to evaluate, Joyce will follow up with M&C.
    2. Planning Board should verify town boundaries- PGAtlas needs to be used to verify

      2. Planning Board would like to team up with Green Infrastructure and request presentation be put together to explain the project to us.
    2. Historic Masterplans on parks around town
      1. Planning Board interested in partnering and helping.  How to have archives available for the future
    3. Maglev
      1. Comment period extended to May 24
  8. PB Roles
    1. Secretary – no volunteers
    2. Green Infrastructure Liaison- this should be the Joyce as the Chair
