Planning Board attendees: Margaret MacDonnell, Joyce Tsepas, Vinny Herman, Megan Mattaliano, Fred Price, Jeremy Coon, Barbara Brown
 
  1. Meeting minutes
    1. Approved November meeting minutes.
  2. Date for RDA meeting
    1. Anticipated for February
  3. Craftsman bike trail
    1. Meeting with ATAPCO on 2/1/21
    2. MNCPPC reviewed draft easement for a bike trail connection with the town and property owner.
    3. Next steps are to explore other options with the property owner.
  4. Prologis/Amazon application to MDE
    1. Council moved forward with the request that the town be updated on future inspections that MDE may perform.
  5. Greater Cheverly Sector Plan forum
    1. Plan was adopted by Council, however there was never a formal roll out.
    2. Purpose is to recap the planning process and identify key areas of focus. We would also like to summarize the input that we provided to the zoning update process.
    3. Joyce and Barbara will work with Margaret on the presentation.
  6. Cheverly West
    1. No major updates but project is moving forward.
    2. Planning Board gave recommendations to developer for townhouse portion of the site about a year and a half ago.
  7. Annexation
    1. Properties along Columbia Road and adjacent to Metro property have been discussed recently.
    2. Opportunity to identify potential areas to consider from a planning perspective.
    3. Will discuss in February.
  8. Visualize 2045
    1. Jeremy will compile list of potential projects to submit.
  9. 6100 Columbia Park Road
    1. Received notice of a Natural Resource Inventory conducted.
  10. PB Roles
    1. Joyce was approved as Planning Board chair.
    2. Planning Board to submit updated bios to Joyce.
