  1. Meeting minutes
    1. Approved October meeting minutes.
  1. Discussion of Councilmember Jolene Ivey updates from last month
    1. Hospital Redevelopment
      1. To our knowledge the Redevelopment Authority has not selected a consultant team for site analysis yet.
    2. Craftsman Site
      1. The town participated in a meeting on the Craftsman Site and submitted comments to the Planning Dept.
      2. The only two factors that the public can weigh in on are adequacy of the traffic study and adequacy of fire and police access analysis.
      3. The town has concerns about the impact of traffic on the community.
  1. Discussion of Development 101 forum from last month
    1. Joyce and Margaret to discuss next steps
