    1. 5801 Arbor Street Revised Recommendation
      1. Aimee presented the PB’s recommendation to Council to support the revised DSP to allow “wholesaling or distribution of materials used or produced on the premises”. Council asked the PB to take another look at our recommendation because they were concerned about the long-term effect of having this use added to the land use table without more restrictions.
      2.  As a follow-up, Joyce and Aimee met with Nate Forman to brainstorm other options. The property owner agreed to update the DSP to limit uses to “wholesaling or distribution of food or beverage materials used or produced on the premises” and define a triggering event to sell the property if a market rate offer is received.    
      3. Planning board approved the revised recommendation letter.
    2. Cabin Branch Road Proposed Development Next Steps
      1. The town is scheduling a meeting to hear from the development team.
    3. 4601 Lydell Road Convenience Store Sector Plan Recommendation
      1. The PB will review this previously made Council request at a future meeting.
