- Review and Approve January and February 2023 Minutes
- A quorum of Planning Board Members was not present
- Status of Planning Board Members, New Members, and Vacant Roles
- Christopher Wade has submitted his interest to the Town Council; will be reviewed next meeting
- Steven Johnson has submitted his interest to the Town Council; will be reviewed next meeting
- Development Notifications
- 5801 Arbor Street Recommendation
- Joyce and Aimee provided an overview of the property owner request; Aimee reviewed draft memo
- Christopher Wade shared that the current contractor use is unsightly, feels we have to have a hard stance on implementing the Cheverly Sector Plan in order to attract redevelopment to Cheverly
- Steven Johnson asked for owner’s proposal; Joyce will circulate
- Joyce requested that we circulate the draft memo to Planning Board Members and prospective members; Vice Mayor Fry clarified that the discussion and vote needs to take place in an open meeting, not via email.
- Marian suggested the owner could apply for Rain Check Rebate funding to complete a stormwater management project
- Cabin Branch Road Proposed Development
- Mr. Galloway indicated that this developer will present at the March 23 Work Session
- Proposed building across the street from Whole Foods to increase capacity and also provide parking for tractor trailers
- Indicated that they would build a sidewalk along Cabin Branch for pedestrians and cyclists
- Concern that this will disturb M-NCPPC GI Network
- 4601 Lydell Road Convenience Hub (upcoming work session)
- Will be discussing at upcoming work session March 23
- Proposed convenience story/truck gas station
