      1. Barbara and Joyce are working on a tracking spreadsheet
    2. Industrial Park Engagement
      1. Joyce is drafting a letter for the Town to consider distributing to industrial landowners
    3. Cheverly Brochure Annotated Outline
      1. County Executive recently met to discuss vision for property in the area (i.e. Capital Plaza). Information may be made available soon and the planning board will use that information to drive discussion of what the planning board would like to share in a brochure.

    1. Master Plan of Transportation Input
      1. Recommendation were shared with County regarding metro access and bike trails
      2. Action Item: Determine if paper roads are a part of scope
      3. Action Item: Amy will follow up on bike committee introductions
    2. Hospital Hill Redevelopment Engagement
      1. Chuck Porcari provided an update and shared his contact information (porcaribrothers@gmail.com)
      2. There have been dumping issues, which may to be resolved
      3. The County and development team will make its formal announcement soon, and the team looks forward to working with the planning board
    3. 1201 Claybrick Road NEPA Process
      1. MDE is engaging with DDOT to determine air quality effects off the development, as well as opportunities for mitigation
      2. Mr. Galloway is setting up a Tri-Town meeting of the immediate surrounding area to discuss the project. The planning board and green infrastructure committee will participate. 
      3. Follow up: Need to brainstorm potential asks for DDOT regarding the development
    4. WMATA 10-Year Strategic Plan for Joint Development Engagement
      1. No major updates at this time
