    1. Review and Approve June 2023 Minutes
      1. Minutes have not been circulated
    2. Status of Planning Board Members, New Members, and Vacant Roles
      1. Vice Chair Aimee Olivo was nominated and approved to serve as Planning Board Chair starting in September
  3. Council Presentation
    1. Aimee and Joyce have started to prepare an outline
    2. It would also be helpful to consult with neighboring Planning Boards
  4. Development Notifications
    1. 5801 Arbor Street DSP Status
      1. The County Planning Board decided to go with the Staff recommendation to disapprove the DSP because it is not consistent with the transit-oriented development zoning designation (the DSP would have updated the land use table to include production/distribution of food/beverage onsite)
      2. The property owner will now go before the District Council who will make the final decision
    2. PacTrust Cabin Branch Development Parcel June Presentation and Next Steps
      1. The Cheverly Planning Board voted to approve a recommendation to the Town regarding the PacTrust development proposal. The Planning Board recommended that the Town submit formal testimony to the County Planning Board including the following:
        1. Stream crossing bridge be built to the highest environmental standards
        2. Inclusion of a protected bike lane to align with the Sector Plan
        3. Express concern that the traffic study does not reflect the “real-world” impact of the project on surrounding residential neighborhoods
    3. 4601 Lydell Road Sector Plan Recommendation
    4. The Pointe at Cheverly
      1. The Planning Board will follow-up with the Town on the status of RDA’s redevelopment project
  5. Monthly Updates
    1. Hospital Hill Redevelopment June Presentation Recap and Survey
    2. 1201 Claybrick Road Status
    3. Trail Connections (SHA Study) Status
      1. David Tansey reviewed the draft report and gave a presentation of key takeaways
      2. The primary recommendation of the report is to focus bike facilities on MD-202, with a two-way bike lane on the north side of the corridor
    4. Master Plan of Transportation Follow-Up
