a. Hospital Hill Redevelopment

i. Urban Atlantic hosted a public meeting as part of their Preliminary Plan submittal, including an overview of uses and connections. Urban Atlantic is

required to come to the Town when footprints are added or modified in their development program.

ii. There’s an opportunity to sign up for the Preliminary Plan of Subdivision Case as a “person of record. The case number is PPS-2023-039.

iii. The Planning Board identified the following background information that is needed to make a Preliminary Plan recommendation to the Mayor and Council:
