  1. Welcome
  2. Administrative Items
    1. Review and Approve November 2022, December 2022, and January 2023 Minutes
    2. Status of Planning Board Members, New Members, and Vacant Roles
      1. Reviewed the status of Planning Board Members.
      2. Those that have attended three meetings can submit a request to join the Planning Board to their Councilmember.
  3. Development Notifications
    1. 5801 Arbor Street DSP Presentation
    2. Nathaniel Forman gave an update on the DSP request with the following changes:
      1. Removed requests for contractor’s storage yard,
      2. Updated permitted use to “wholesaling or distribution of materials used or produced on the premises” to align with language used throughout the SOJ for the DSP.
      3. Restricted parking of vehicles unrelated to an allowed use (as an extra cover to ensure no unrelated vehicles are parked or kept on-site);  
    3. The Planning Board appreciated the effort to limit the extent of industrial uses in the MUI Table of Uses, and made the following requests: 
      1. Please clarify whether the storage of vehicles would be permitted in the MUI Table of Uses.
      2. Please clarify what would trigger sale/redevelopment of property in the Covenant letter (e.g. if adjacent properties purchased).
  4. Monthly Updates
    1. 1201 Claybrick Road Status
      1. The Planning Board would like to understand what the stakeholder engagement process will look like as part of the NEPA process.
    2. Trail Connections (SHA Study)
      1. The Town should follow-up on the status of the study so that we can provide input midway through the process.
    3. Master Plan of Transportation Follow-Up
      1. The Planning Board is working with the Town to request a MNPPC project update.
    4. Hospital Hill Redevelopment Coordination
      1. No updates
