Prince George’s Heritage is also another great resource. A meeting attendee noted that Bladensburg Waterfront Park is up for Historic Designation.

- Air Quality Analysis Scope
- Level of Transportation Analysis
- Mitigation (during construction, emission offsets, site program/design innovation, investing in the community, infrastructure electrification concepts, future technology educational opportunities, etc.)
- The group discussed the potential of involving regional partners, like MWCOG, to help navigate the multi-jurisdictional process; and innovative ideas like incorporating publicly available fast chargers, permeable pavement, workforce development, County-based local hires, etc. into the project.
- The Planning Board would like to support next steps, as the project advances through the NEPA process.
