    2. Status of Planning Board Members and New Members
      1. Planning Board recommends advancing Aimee Olivo’s nomination.
  3. General Updates
    1. Status of Addison Row Development
      1. The County Planning Board approved the DSP (second phase of apartments), which was presented to the Cheverly Planning Board several months back.
    2. Master Plan of Transportation Input
      1. The Cheverly Planning Board is recommending that three different trail options be considered. Suggest connecting with Capital Trails Coalition's Prince George's County subgroup and/or WABA who often host County-specific meeting/workshops. Prince George’s Heritage is also another great resource. A meeting attendee noted that Bladensburg Waterfront Park is up for Historic Designation.
      2. Action: Joyce to follow-up with M-NCPPC on status of MPOT.  
    3. Hospital Hill Redevelopment Engagement
      1. Planning Board members attended the Urban Atlantic presentation in July. Development is anticipated between 2024-31. Sounds like Urban Atlantic is working on a website.
      2. The Planning Board would like more clarification on the anticipated connections to/from the development.
    4. 1201 Claybrick Road NEPA Process
      1. Joyce attended the MDE/Tri-Town meeting on this project on 7/15. MDE has been focused on outlining the methodology for the project’s air quality analysis. Joyce shared topics that the Planning Board is interested in:
        1. Project Background (options considered, short term/long term program of site, communicating the benefits of the project to the region, level of NEPA documentation, etc.)
        2. Anticipated Stakeholder Engagement Process  
        3. Environmental Justice Analysis/Outreach Scope
        4. Air Quality Analysis Scope
        5. Level of Transportation Analysis
        6. Mitigation (during construction, emission offsets, site program/design innovation, investing in the community, infrastructure electrification concepts, future technology educational opportunities, etc.)
      2. The group discussed the potential of involving regional partners, like MWCOG, to help navigate the multi-jurisdictional process; and innovative ideas like incorporating publicly available fast chargers, permeable pavement, workforce development, County-based local hires, etc. into the project. 
      3. The Planning Board would like to support next steps, as the project advances through the NEPA process.
    5. WMATA 10-Year Strategic Plan for Joint Development Engagement
      1. Action: Joyce to follow-up with WMATA on attending a Planning Board Meeting to give an overview of the strategic plan.
