1.   Call to Order

2.   Pledge of Allegiance

3.   Town Administrator Report – Administrator Galloway will provide a report to the Mayor and Council regarding the status of Town operations as well 

      as a summary of actions taken under the COVID-19 state of emergency.

4.   Strategic Planning – Ms. Blount will discuss the Strategic Planning Timeline with Mayor and Council and answer questions.

5.   Woodworth Park Playground Update – Playground specialists will be reviewing the final options for playground equipment for Woodworth Park to be developed into an inclusive park.

6.   Town Seal – Sophie Marley with Neighborhood Design Center will provide and update on the Town Seal status.

7.   Bike Trail – Mayor and Council will engage in a discussion regarding bike trails.

8.   Youth Development - Mayor Munyeneh will engage the council in a discussion regarding youth council.

9.   ARP Funds – TA Galloway will present survey results to Mayor and Council. Mayor Munyeneh will engage Council on a spending plan.

10. Financial Update – Mike Lightfield, Town Accountant will give a financial report.

11. Community Caring and Sharing – Mayor Munyeneh will discuss the December 3 event.

12. Review of December Town Meeting agenda and future requests – The Mayor and the Town Administrator will offer a forecast of the December 9 Town Meeting agenda. Mayor Munyeneh will seek Council input on agenda items for consideration for future meetings.

13. Adjourn
