AGENDA
 
1.    Call to Order
2.    Pledge of Allegiance
3.    Woman’s Club
4.    Second Reader of Fiscal Year 2021 Budget and Continuation of Hearing.
 Mayor Riazi will offer the second reader of the FY21 budget ordinance, invite Town Administrator Galloway to share a brief overview, and continue the hearing inviting resident   comment regarding the FY21 budget.
 
5.    Variance Request – Council Member Watson
CM Watson will present a Ward 2 constituent request for a variance from the Town Code regarding fences to Mayor and Council for consideration.
 
6.    WSSC Presentation
WSSC will present their proposed sewer rehabilitation project, including scope of work, projected timeline, and communication plan, after which Mayor and Council will review materials, discuss, and engage staff advice.
 
7.    Grant Request – Cheverly Community Market
Cheverly Community Market will present a request for a $2,000 grant from the Town of Cheverly to ensure food and nutritional benefit recipients can access the benefits for which they’re qualified and take advantage of the full benefit match provided by the Market.
 
8.    Proclamation on National Gun Violence Awareness Day.
Mayor Riazi will present a proclamation declaring the first Friday in June to be National Gun Violence Awareness Day and will invite Council to consider additional supports.
 
9.    Discussion of 2020 Pride Month
 CM Radloff will introduce a brief discussion of M&C supports for Pride month (June 2020).
 
10.   Planning Board
        The Planning Board will present their draft membership process and invite
        Mayor and Council questions and discussion.
 
11.   Intro to Rules and Procedures
  CM Bryner and CM Watson will offer a brief introductory discussion of M&C priorities for drafting meeting rules and procedures.
 
12.   COVID-19 Report – Town Administrator
    Town Administrator Galloway will provide a report to the Mayor and Council regarding the status of Town operations and a summary of actions taken under the COVID-19 State of      Emergency.
 
11.    Adjourn
