5. Resident Input
Public comment period. All comments are limited to 3 minutes.

6. Committee Reports
     a. Recreation Council
     b. Green Infrastructure Committee
     c. Cheverly Day Committee
     d. Planning Board

7. Town Administrator Report
Town Administrator Galloway will provide a report to the Mayor and Council regarding the status of Town operations and a summary of actions taken under the COVID-19 state of emergency.

8. Chief of Police Report
Chief Towers will give monthly report.

9. Public Works Report
Director Brayman will give an update on trees, bulk trash, and the overall status of the Department of Public Works.

10. Budget Amendment
Town Administrator will present a budget amendment for the 2019-2020 Fiscal Budget.

11. Budget Hearing
Residents will have an opportunity to give input on the proposed fiscal year 2021 budget

12. Introduction of Fiscal Year 2021 Budget and First Reader
Town Administrator will introduce the Town’s Fiscal Year Budget for 2021 and Mayor and Mayor and Council will move forward with the first read of the budget.

13. Final Read of the Code Compliance Ordinance and Adoption
Mayor Riazi will introduce the Code Compliance Ordinance. This will serve as the final reader to allow for public notice and comment. Regular (non-emergency) legislation proceeds through a three (3) reader process.

14. Census 2020 Update
Mayor and Council will give an update on the census.
