Town Administrator Update  - Town Administrator Galloway - will provide a report to the Mayor and Council.

Update from Prologis – Representative from Prologis will provide an update on traffic calming improvements.  

Bonding for Public Works Building Update – Staff will provide an update on the bonding process.

Traffic Engineering Report – Traffic engineer Goode will provide on traffic calming devices on Cheverly Ave, Dewey St, and Carlyle St.

Electric Yard Maintenance Equipment Rebate - Mayor and Council discuss possibility of incentivizing residents with $50 rebate.

Hiker/Biker Pathway Discussion – Mayor and Council will discuss current status of hiker/biker trail.

Pathway to Ward 5 to Townhall Discussion – Mayor and Council will discuss possibility of a pathway from Ward 5 to town hall.

Update by CM Fry & Garces regarding Cheverly Station Apartments -Council members will provide update/feedback from residents at Cheverly Station Apartments.

Review of April Town Meeting agenda and future requests - Mayor and Town Administrator will offer a forecast of the March Mayor and Council Town Meeting agenda. Mayor will seek Council input on agenda items for consideration for future meetings.
