3. Woman’s Club Comments
4. Washington Gateway Project - Mayor and Council will have a conversation following the 6:30 pm presentation.

5. Enterprise Zone Presentation and Discussion - Andre Plummer (Financial Services Program Manager, PGC Economic Development Corporation) will present information on designating an Enterprise Zone in Cheverly. Mayor and Council questions and discussion to follow.

6. Underground Storage Tanks - Director of Public Works will update Mayor and Council on the status of the actions needed for the Underground Storage Tanks.

7. COVID-19 - Town Administrator will give a COVID-19 report.

8. Non-Citizen Voting, Same-Day Voter Registration, Saturday Voting, Absentee Balloting, Expansion of Election Judges and Board of Supervisors. - Mayor and Council will discuss and will outline specific areas for advisement from Board of Election Supervisors, Staff, and the Town Attorney.

9. Rules and Procedures - Mayor and Council will discuss proposed Rules and Procedures brought forth by CM Watson and CM Bryner.

10. Juneteenth, Indigenous People’s Day, and 2020 Calendar - Mayor will introduce for consideration—making Juneteenth a Town holiday for employees, renaming October 12 as Indigenous People’s Day, and reviewing calendar through 2020.

11. MML Virtual Conference, Council Schedule and August Worksession - Mayor and Council will review MML conference schedule coverage and Mayor will propose adjusting the calendar and the option of canceling the August Worksession.
