This Mayor and Council Worksession is dedicated to:
- Outlining the zoning (I-2) parameters and history of uses of this and surrounding sites.
- Understanding the status of conversations between the Town of Cheverly and the Washington Gateway Project (developer (Prologis) & tenant (Amazon)).
- Clarifying next steps (possibility of bringing Prologis and/or Amazon before Council for this).
