AGENDA

 

  1. Call to Order
  2. Pledge of Allegiance
  3. Redistricting Update – Town Administrator will provide an update and timeline for the redistricting charter amendment.
  4. Salary Analysis - Mr. Eversten from Municipal Solutions will provide the salary analysis to the Mayor and Council.
  5. Temporary Environmental Group – Mayor and Council will discuss establishing a temporary environmental work group to make recommendations on developments around the town.
  6. Revisiting Homestead Tax credit – Mayor & Council will discuss the homestead tax credit.
  7. Vision Zero Plan - Mayor & Council will discuss.
  8. Town Administrator Update - Town Administrator Galloway will provide a report to the Mayor and Council
  9. Update by CM Fry & Garces Regarding Cheverly Station Apartments -Council members will provide update/feedback from residents at Cheverly Station Apartments.
  10. Review of March Town Meeting Agenda and Future Requests - Mayor and Town Administrator will offer a forecast of the March Mayor and Council Town Meeting agenda. Mayor will seek Council input on agenda items for consideration for future meetings.
  11. Adjourn
