NOTICE OF CLOSED MEETING

          Pursuant to § C-13 of the Town Charter, the Mayor and Council of the Town of Cheverly will convene a special meeting on Thursday, September 14, 2023, immediately following the town meeting.

Pursuant to Maryland Code, § 3-101 et seq., of the General Provisions Article, the Mayor and Council will vote to go into a close meeting at the end of the town meeting pursuant to § 3-305(b) (7) To consult with counsel to obtain legal advice;
