  1. Call to Order
  2. Pledge of Allegiance
  3. Crown Castle- Representatives from Crown Castle will provide the Mayor & Council with a presentation regarding wireless network expansion near the town.  
  4. Presentation of Water Quality Monitoring Program - Friends of Quincy Run Watershed will share presentation by the Anacostia River Keeper of its Water Quality Monitoring Program
  5. Audit presentation - Lindsey & Associates- Mr. Bob Diss will provide an update to
  6. the Mayor & Council
  7. 2023 Arbor Day Proclamation – Mayor Munyeneh will read the proclamation.
  8. Grant Request – Grant request from the Women’s Club
  9. Election Resolution - Mayor Munyeneh will discuss the adoption of Resolution R-4-23 to add two new Board of Elections Judges.
  10. Vacant Lot/Property Fees Ordinance – CM Nettles-Simpson will introduce ordinance.
  11. Town Administrator Update - Town Administrator Galloway will provide a report to the Mayor and Council
  12. Update by CM Fry & Garces Regarding Cheverly Station Apartments -Council members will provide update/feedback from residents at Cheverly Station Apartments.
  13. Review of May Town Meeting Agenda and Future Requests - Mayor and Town Administrator will offer a forecast of the May Mayor and Council Town Meeting agenda. Mayor will seek Council input on agenda items for consideration for future meetings.
  14. Adjourn
