Special Meeting of the Mayor and Town Council

of the Town of Cheverly

 

 

 

 

          Pursuant to § C-13 of the Town Charter, the Mayor and Council of the Town of Cheverly will convene a special meeting on Thursday, July 6, 2023, at 6:30 pm.

 

Pursuant to Maryland Code, § 3-101 et seq., of the General Provisions Article, the Mayor and Council will meet briefly in open session in order to vote to close the meeting pursuant to § 3-305(b) (7) To consult with counsel to obtain legal advice;

 

The specific reasons for the closed session are for the Mayor and Council to

Mayor and Council will not return to Open Session to Adjourn.
