The Department of Public Works appreciates your patience while we continue snow operations. In the attempt to provide service to all residents, the following modified collection schedule has been planned for the remainder of the week:
 
  • Wednesday, January 5 Town Wide Curbside Recycling (as scheduled)
  • Thursday, January 6 East Side Curbside Trash Pickup & Backdoor Trash Pickup
  • Friday, January 7 West Side Curbside Trash Pickup & Backdoor Trash Pickup
Please note that all yard waste, bulk trash, appliance, backdoor trash, and Christmas Tree pickup has been postponed this week. Normal operations will continue next week.
 
Down Trees or Utility Lines
If you have down tree branches or trees, please call the Town of Cheverly Public Works Department at 301-773-2666. The Cheverly Public Works crew may have delays in their response time due to the weather; however, we are working diligently to assist you.
