Town Contractor VMP Work to Begin Monday 11/20

The Towns’ contractor, VMP Construction, is scheduled to begin work Monday, November 22, 2023, weather permitting. The work will involve curb, gutter, and asphalt repaving and repair within the Town boundary lines. This work is expected to take approximately 2-3 weeks, weather permitting.

- 5600, 5700, and 5800 blocks of Newton Street
- 3500 and 5600 blocks of 57th Avenue
- 3600 block of 58th Place
- 57th Avenue from Newton Street to Landover Road
- 5700 block of Monroe Street
"No Parking" signs will be posted 48 hours in advance in affected areas. Work will generally be limited to one side of the street. However, there may be some short traffic delays. Please plan accordingly. Please note that the Town does not replace driveway aprons unless it is required when replacing a curb, gutter, or sidewalk.
