Storm Drain Improvement Project to begin on Joslyn Place

Construction
Prince George’s County to Start Storm Drain Improvement Project on Joslyn Place

The Prince George’s County Department of the Environment (County DOE) contractor will begin the storm drain improvement project behind the new construction homes on Joslyn Place and behind homes on 63rd Place on or about January 20, 2022.  Per the County DOE, the scope of work on the St. Ambrose Catholic Church property, and adjacent to residents along 63rd Place, will involve grading, tree clearing, and installation of new underground pipe conveyance system to alleviate the drainage concerns of residential properties along Joslyn Place.

The County DOE will take necessary precautions to avoid any negative impact on adjacent property and will keep the Town informed of the project status as the work is implemented. Should you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact Joseph Correia, the Construction Project Coordinator at (301) 883-5759 or jlcorreia@co.pg.md.us.
