Dear Residents,
 
I wanted to inform you that we have had some recent incidents in our community. For public awareness and safety, I have included small action items for us to consider. Please take note of the following incidents:
 
1. **Theft from Auto (12/29/2023, 21:29)
   - Action: Please secure your vehicles and report any suspicious activity.
 
2. **Arson (12/30/2023, 12:27):
      - Action: Fire Investigator involved. If you have any information, contact local authorities.
 
3. **Pedestrian Struck (1/1/2024, 20:47):
     - Action: Drive safely and be cautious of pedestrians. Stop at stoplights and stop signs! 
 
4. **Shoplifting (1/2/2024, 12:52 and 1/4/2024, 20:00):
    - Action: Heightened awareness in local stores is important. Report what you see. 
 
5. **Fraud (1/4/2024, 12:53):
     - Action: Be cautious with personal information due to reported identity theft. Remember, solicitation in town is not legal.
 
6. **Stolen Vehicle (1/5/2024, 18:53):
    - Action: Report any suspicious activities related to vehicles.
 
7. **Theft from Auto (1/8/2024, 12:37):
   - Action: Secure your belongings and report any unusual behavior. Lock your doors. 
 
8. **Domestic Assault (1/8/2024, 13:35):
      - Action: Felony arrest made. If you witness domestic violence, contact authorities.
 
9. **Shoplifting (1/8/2024, 21:39)
    - Action: Increase awareness when in local businesses. Shoplifting is not a victimless crime.
 
10. **Break-In In-Progress (1/10/2024, 02:41)
     - Action: A serious incident involving an ATM. Report any suspicious activity immediately.
 
Additionally, I am pleased to announce that our rebate program is up and running. We've issued 22 rebates for Ring cameras and still have a limited number of wheel locks and The Club for steering wheels available. I encourage everyone to participate in community programs aimed at enhancing safety and remember to stay safe and secure.
