          Pursuant to § C-13 of the Town Charter, the Mayor and Council of the Town of Cheverly will convene a special meeting on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at 8:00pm

Pursuant to Maryland Code, § 3-101 et seq., of the General Provisions Article, the Mayor and Council will vote to go into a closed meeting on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at 8:00pm pursuant to § 3-305(b) (1) To discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, demotion, compensation, removal, resignation, or performance evaluation of an appointee, employee, or official over whom this public body has jurisdiction; or any other personnel matter that affects one or more specific individuals; (7) To consult with counsel to obtain legal advice;

 

The specific reasons for the closed session are for the Mayor and Council to

Mayor and Council will not return to Open Session to Adjourn.
