Halloween Parade - Saturday, November 2!

Cheverly Recreation Council will be hosting our annual town Halloween parade and party
Here is the schedule for the day:
- 10:30-10:45am - Meet at Cheese/Gast Park
- 11-11:30am - Parade down Park Way and Forest Rd. to the Community Center
- 11:30am - Crafts tables open in the gym
- 11:30am - Costume display begins on the stage
Children will line up according to their age group:
1) Ages 2 and under
2) Ages 3-4 years old
3) Ages 5-6 years old
4) Ages 7-9 years old
5) Ages 10 and up
After each child is finished they can collect their treat bag, snack, and juice.
In the event of rain, the parade will be cancelled but the party will still be held. Meet at the Community Center at 11:30am.
We are still in need of teen and adult volunteers to help make the event a success! Any high school seniors who volunteer can be eligible for a $500 college scholarship in the spring. We can also sign off for service hours. Volunteers are needed from 9:30am-1pm and any time in between!
