NOTICE OF CLOSED MEETING
The Ethics Commission of the Town of Cheverly will convene a closed session at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at Cheverly Town Hall, 6401 Forest Road, Cheverly, MD 20785.
 
Out of an abundance of caution, the Ethics Commission will meet in open session in order to vote to close the meeting pursuant to § 3-305(b)(2), “To protect the privacy or reputation of individuals concerning a matter not related to public business.”  The Ethics Commission will not return to open session.  Alternately and pursuant to Maryland Code, § 3-101(b) of the General Provisions Article, the Open Meetings Act does not apply as the Ethics Commission will be performing an administrative function.
