a. Committee will review and make recommendations for updates.
b. Discussion on reviewing and revising charter/bylaws; set timeline for revisions and approval
c. Discussion on processes and procedures for receiving, investigating, adjudicating, and issuing final reports on ethics complaints; set timeline
d. Set regular meeting schedule (i.e., 3rd Monday each month or something similar)
