Guidelines for Special Events
Special Event Permit Request Forms must be submitted 90 days prior to the requested event date.

- Please call Town Hall at 301-773-8360 or email ywhite@cheverly-md.gov to verify date availability before submitting your Special Event Request Form.
Required Documents
If Applicable
- Diagram
- If you would like to request Public Works assistance placing equipment before your event, please include details in your Special Event Request Form and attach a Diagram.
- Gymnasium Diagram Template
- Outdoor Diagrams are not available at this time. Please do your best to sketch the area of your event and clearly label the location of desired equipment.
- Key Fob Access
- Certificate of Insurance
- A certificate of insurance may be required at the discretion of the Town.
