Closed Meeting Announcement

 

 

        Pursuant to § C-13 of the Town Charter, the Mayor and Council of the Town of Cheverly will convene a virtual special meeting via Zoom on Thursday, December 2, 2021, at Cheverly Town Hall, 6401 Forest Road, Cheverly, MD 20785. The Meeting will begin at 6:30 pm.  

 

        Pursuant to Maryland Code, § 3-101 et seq., of the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, the Mayor and Council will meet briefly in open session in order to vote to close the meeting pursuant to § 3-305(b) (1) “To discuss personnel matter that affects one or more specific individuals”; § 3-305(b) (7) "To consult with legal counsel to obtain legal advice.

 

The Mayor and Council will adjourn the special meeting from the closed session before proceeding to the Worksession at 7:30 pm.
