NOTICE OF CLOSED MEETING
Via Zoom
 
          Pursuant to § C-13 of the Town Charter, the Mayor and Council of the Town of Cheverly will convene a special meeting on Friday, September 16, 2022, at 2:00 pm via Zoom.
 
Pursuant to Maryland Code, § 3-101 et seq., of the General Provisions Article, the Mayor and Council will meet briefly in open session in order to vote to close the meeting pursuant to § 3-305(b) (7) To consult with counsel to obtain legal advice;
 
TOPIC
The specific reason for the closed session is the Mayor and Council will seek legal advice on property acquisition.
Mayor and Council will not return to Open Session to Adjourn.
