A lifelong Marylander, Micah and his wife, Kim, have lived in Cheverly for 22 years. He has worked for the federal, state, and county government including for a state legislator and a county council member. A former vice mayor and a council member for 13 years, Micah has been the president of the county municipal association and a member of the Maryland municipal association board, and served an elected term on the County Central Committee. A father of two teenage sons, both of whom were born at Prince George's Hospital Center, Micah is a leader in Cheverly's Boy Scout Troop and in Cheverly American Legion Post 108.
