    1. Review and Approve February 2022 Minutes
      1. Approved
    2. In Person Meetings
      1. Proposed: Have next meeting in-person on May 3rd  
      2. Question: Can board achieve quorum if the meeting attendees are both online and in person?
    3. Planning Board Roles
      1. Action Item: Begin outreach for a new Planning Board member due to the loss of a current member that is moving out of town
      2. Action Item: Appoint new Planning Board Co-Chair
  3. Planning Board New Initiatives
    1. Surplus Properties
      1. Mayor requests that the board look at a list of properties to potentially use for community activities or reuse
    2. Industrial Park Outreach
      1. Action Item: Inventory property owners (Tuxedo and Marblewood)
      2. Potentially establish a monthly meeting with occupants of the industrial area to discuss their pertinent issues
  4. Other Updates
    1. Hospital Hill Redevelopment
      1. Deal is still being negotiated with team and an announcement will be made in the near future
    2. Master Plan of Transportation and Trail Connections
      1. Action Item: Schedule office hours with M-NCPPC and board members
    3. Cheverly Strategic Plan
      1. Council will have a final plan to view in the next couple weeks
      2. Phase Two will determine responsibilities for implementation
      3. Action Item: Follow up with Mayor and Council with 1 page summary of Planning Board and Town priorities
    4. Addison Row DSP-17023-03
      1. Board drafted a recommendation letter for the mayor to send to the County during the DSP review period (it included a recommendation to enhance connectivity to the Metro Station)
    5. 1201 Claybrick Road NEPA Process
      1. DDOT said they wanted to wait until they had a consultant on board before meeting with the board. Have not yet heard back
      2. Action Item: Determine if there are additional avenues to seek engagement and make town opinions heard
