Meeting called to order at 7:03 pm Hybrid

Approval of minutes of April 7 and April 29, May 19, 2022: tabled to next meeting.
Report of BOE’s activities at recent administrative meeting:
C. Pruitt – Unable to reach out to Elec Tech.
R. Kaye – PG Board of elections had questions regarding the vote count that was submitted.
Quote for ballot box reviewed due to discrepancy in price quoted and online price.
J. Pruden – Contacted ES&S to inquire about election services
Action Items:
- Robin will contact PG Board of Elections to answer questions.
- Kelly will reach out to Elec Tech to get more information.
- Kelly will make presentation as a “resident” to Mayor & Council regarding rank choice voting.
- Robin will reach out to a resident that was interested in dropping election age to 16, to let them know that they need to reach out to their council member.
- Joseph & Kelly will work to get vendors to attend future meeting where all board members are available to present
