Approval of minutes of July 21, May 19, June 23, 2022: Connie Pruitt, seconded by D. Thorpe. All in favor.
Report of BOE’s activities at recent administrative meeting:
R. Kaye – Heard presentation from representative from Electec. File cabinet and storage bin at town hall have been cleared. Waiting to hear when we can go back to replace files.
J. Pruden –
Kelly Carnes – Waiting on pricing from Electec.
Action Items:
-Meet with representative from ES&S to hear presentation about their voting machines.Resident Input
Zora Heneghan -Ward 1 – Cheverly Youth Commission is a newly formed group and have been discussing lowing the voting age to 16 yrs. old. Presented Vote16 Amendment to the BOE regarding lowing the voting age.
