Meeting called to order at 6:11 pm Virtual

In attendance: Chair, Robin Kaye, Supervisors, David Thorpe, Kelly Carnes, J. Pruden, Constance Pruitt

Approval of minutes of April 7, 2022: tabled to next meeting.

Report of BOE’s activities at recent administrative meeting:

R. Kaye –   One person registered at the voter registration drive. Feedback from council is to hold drives at various locations throughout the town and to hold one a month leading up to the election. Safe was delivered and set up for BOE held at town hall. All signage for election prepped. Training for election judges underway. No applications received for write in ballots.

Action Items:

J. Pruden –   Voted to purchase ballot drop box on this year’s budget. Will be available for next election.

• Future meeting schedule – a meeting once a month on the third Thursdays of the month will be held during the off-season starting May 19^, 2022, at 7pm
