2. Cheverly Residential Zone Parking Permit Application

   Parking permits expire annually on December 31^st and must be renewed yearly. If you have any questions, please contact the Office of Code Compliance at 240-770-7647

   Parking Permit Cost: $5 per Permit
   One Free Guest Pass per Residence
   Additional Guest Pass $2
   Maximum of 2 Guest Passes per Residence

   Please note: Residential Parking Permits are to be displayed on the Back Left Bumper.
   The citation may be issued to any vehicle not in compliance with Town Code 27-5.1 Residential Zone Parking.

   • Permits can only be issued to vehicles registered to a Cheverly Address.
   • A copy of your vehicle registration must accompany the Application.
   • The cost of the Permit is $5 per vehicle | 1 Guest Parking Pass is allowed per residence at no cost.
   • An additional Guest Parking Pass is available for $2. (No More Than 2 Guest Parking Pass per Address)
   • If you have obtained a Non-Resident Permit from MVA, you must send a copy of that permit along with your request.
   • If you have a regular and an SR permit, display them next to each other on the Back Left Bumper.
   • Guest Parking Permits shall be hung on the rearview mirror with information facing outward.
4. If you live in one of the following areas, you will need a Parking Permit:

   1. Zone 1: State Street, 61st Avenue, 62nd Avenue, 1800 Block of 64th Avenue
   2. Zone 3: 2200 to 2400 Block of Cheverly
   3. Zone4: Arbor Street and Crestlawn Avenue (2200 to 2300 Block Eliminated)
   4. Zone 5: 2300 Block of Belleview Avenue
   5. Zone 6: Benton Road & 2300 to 2500 Lake Avenue
   6. Zone 7: 2400 Block of Valley Way
   7. Zone 8: 3300 Belleview Ave; Medical Terrace
   8. RO: 6500 and 6600 Blocks Oak Street, 6500 Block Maureen Court, 3121 and 3200 Block Hillside Avenue
   9. SR: This Permit Allows Seniors Citizens 65 Years of Age and Older to Park on the Odd Side of the 2200 Block of Cheverly Avenue for Metro Utilization
